Open call for participants at the Online Event 2025 – “Erasmus+ and the next chapters for youth”
A new call for young people
We opened the call for participants at the online event “Erasmus+ and the next chapters for youth” – a local event in the framework of the European youth project called “Odyssey for a great event!”, that took place in the Czech Republic this year.
The group of young people from Romania who participated at the project in the Czech Republic will organise a local dissemination event on 28th of May, 2025.
The topic of the dissemination event is the Erasmus+ programme, a European programme that has changed the lives of millions of young people for the better and encompasses unique learning opportunities and life experiences.
Main topic of the event
During the event we will present the Erasmus+ programme, how to access Erasmus+ opportunities both in Romania and abroad, some interesting statistics about Erasmus+ projects, discuss the future of this programme and challenge participants to come up with project ideas for young people in Romania for the next decade – projects adapted to the challenges and trends of these years: digitalisation and artificial intelligence, future of work, mental health, environment and climate changes, tolerance and inclusiveness, etc.
In addition to the theoretical information, participants will also take part in an online energizer, a brainstorming session and get to know more about the project partner from Romania, Alba Eglesia Foundation.
Objective of the event
The objective of the dissemination event is to make participants aware of the main features of the European Erasmus+ programme and to propose ideas for youth projects to be implemented in Romania.
Target groups of participants
Our target groups are:
- Young people interested in the Erasmus+ programme,
- Young people wishing to participate in the Erasmus projects and mobilities,
- Young people who already have experience as students, volunteers and group leaders in European projects, trainings and mobilities,
- Adults working with young people on a daily basis.

The registration deadline is 20th of May, 2025.

The event will be held online in English.
Participation is free of charge.
Participants will receive the access link before the event.
